· My consideration as gamer (Massimiliano Di Monda - Game Designer of Raylight): I choose a top view for our game because it offer more fun and challenge respect the 3rd person view (such as V-Rally Infogrames, Top-Gear Pocket Kemco and F1 Grand Prix II Video System). GameBoy Color has a limited hardware capabilities so you can't have more than 2 cars on the screen using the 3rd person view, this affect the game in it's gameplay as the level of challenge with the other cars on the track is very low.
